Xrumer is a beast. While you can run it on your home internet connection, your ISP may well ban you qucik sharp.
It is designed to be run on a server – and don’t ecpect a European or US based host to let you host it – they won’t.
Xrumer hosting comes in (at the very cheap end) at $250 PER MONTH.
Additionally Xrumer requires some pretty decent programming skills to work at all – and guess what – it has very few instructions or tutorials in English (they are all in Russian) think 50x more complex than scrapebox/board.
