If you still don’t have google adsense account, DO NOT just run over google and fill out their registration application. While it used to be quick and easy for almost any website to qualify, Google has gotten much more stricter. Generally, if you are going to use your own domain, it should be at least 6 months old, and have at least 10 pages with high-quality content. The website should not be promoting any poker,gambling,adult ,etc activities because its against the Google TOS.
With a 6 months old domain plus 10 pages high quality content, your chances to get approved are very good. If you don’t have a website or 6 old domain, don’t worry – you can use blogger.com for creating blog with content on “.blogspot.com” subdomain. The other alternative is HubPages – it’s again blog plaftorm.
I prefer HubPages, it seems to have higher success rate in approving on adsense.
First you need to create 4-5 quality “hubs”. Its very easy to find some hot topics and outsource them or write some good articles for each. Publish your Hubs and wait for them to be live and indexed.
Once your Hubs are running go to Affilate Settings under My account. You`ll see “sign up” button for Google Adsense.

You`re done, now you should get approved very easy.
